Rodav Kalengayi will deliver his speech that won the regional competition for the 2024 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Youth Oratorical Contest. Kalengayi will move onto the state competition.

Akua Asarewaa Owusu-Ampadu, Westerville Central

Akua Asarewaa Owusu-Ampadu will recite William Blake's The Chimney Sweeper: My Mother Died When I Was Very Young and Rita Dove's Flirtation. She recently won the Poetry Out Loud regional semifinal contest and will compete at state.

Students will perform a dance from their upcoming Black History Month show.
