Grow & Glow Interest Form

Please complete the form if you are interested in being a part of our Grow & Glow Community Festival on Sunday, February 2, 2025. The Festival will be open from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Participation Options

Exhibitor

These are organizations and businesses that wish to be a part of Grow & Glow. There is a $35 exhibitor fee for this event.

Nonprofit Exhibitor

These are nonprofit organizations that wish to be a part of Grow & Glow. Nonprofits may participate for free.

Summer Camp Exhibitor

Grow & Glow will include a dedicated Summer Camp area for camps in the surrounding region to promote their programs to the Westerville community. There is a $35 exhibitor fee for this event.

Food Trucks

Any food trucks/concessions that would like to be a part of Grow & Glow. There is a $35 exhibitor fee for this event.

WCS Participants

WCS/Student Showcase

These are Westerville City Schools student groups, building representatives, or performance groups who would like to to showcase their building or group. This could be a performance, booth, etc. We welcome your ideas!

I understand that there is a $35 exhibitor fee for all for profit businneses, food trucks, and summer camps. I understand that I will be invoiced for this fee once my participation in the event is confirmed, and that payment must be submitted before the Grow & Glow event on February 2, 2025.
